Who we are

What the service does

You give us information about your professional background and what kind of work you are looking for. An automated agent then searches publicly available job advertisements, assesses them against what you told us, and prepares application material for you to review.

We never submit an application on your behalf. Everything the agent produces is a draft for you to read, change or discard. You are responsible for what you send and to whom.

What the service does not promise

We do not promise that you will find work, that any particular vacancy exists or is still open, that the information extracted from an advertisement is accurate, or that any assessment of your fit is correct. Job advertisements are written by third parties and change without notice. Automated systems make mistakes. Read the original advertisement before you rely on anything here.

Generated CVs and letters are drafts. We check them automatically against the profile you gave us and show you anything we could not verify, but that check is a help, not a guarantee. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you send to an employer.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information about yourself. One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You may not use the service to impersonate someone else, to submit information about a person who has not agreed to it, or to generate material that misrepresents anyone’s experience or qualifications.

Agent credits and payment

Paid plans and one-off purchases are billed through Stripe. Plan credits are granted monthly and do not accumulate beyond the plan allowance; purchased credits do not expire. Credits pay for work the agent performs and are consumed as that work happens.

You can cancel a subscription at any time and it stops at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling does not delete anything: your profile, opportunities and prepared applications remain available, and your account returns to the free credit allowance.

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. By starting a search or generating an application you ask us to begin performing immediately and accept that the right of withdrawal lapses for work already performed. Unused credits are refundable on request within that period.

Fair use

The service is provided for one person’s own job search. Reselling it, running it on behalf of other people, scraping it or attempting to extract the underlying content in bulk are not permitted. We may pause an account that puts the service or the sources it reads at risk, and will tell you why.

Content we publish

Learning briefs on this site are generated from aggregated, anonymised requirements found in job advertisements. They are general information, not professional, legal or career advice specific to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost opportunities, lost earnings or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the application before they take effect. You may close your account at any time from your account page or by writing to hello@jobmarket.pro, and we will delete your personal data as described in the privacy notice.

Law

These terms are governed by Estonian law, and the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.
