Every vacancy our agents read is turned into structured requirements, and every requirement a candidate cannot evidence is counted. This is what falls out: a live picture of what the market wants and where people are short, assembled from job advertisements rather than from opinion.
Counts are anonymised and aggregated. One person hitting the same gap in forty vacancies counts once.
