Questions people actually ask
- What is an agent credit?
- A unit of work your agent does for you: searching the web, reading a job advertisement in full, researching a company, or writing a tailored CV and covering letter. Discovering and filtering a hundred vacancies costs very little; deeply reading twenty of them costs more; writing ten applications costs more again. You are only charged for work that actually happened.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked. Your profile, your pipeline and every prepared application stay exactly where they are and stay editable. Your account simply falls back to the free monthly credit allowance, so the agent does less work each month.
- Do you take money from recruiters or employers?
- No. The candidate is the only customer, which is the only way an agent's incentives can stay aligned with the person it works for. There are no sponsored listings and no employer-paid placements.
- Will it apply for jobs on my behalf?
- No. It prepares the application and you decide. Every CV and letter is yours to read, edit or throw away before anything is sent, and it learns from what you throw away.
- Can it invent experience to make me look better?
- It is instructed not to, and then every generated document is automatically checked against your profile. Any employer, date, qualification or figure that your profile does not support is flagged to you before you send it.
- Is the Search Sprint a subscription?
- No. It is a single payment for seven days of intensive searching, then it stops. It exists for the situation where you need a job now and do not want another monthly bill.
