The short version

Your CV and your job search belong to you. We do not sell them, we do not show them to recruiters or employers, and we do not use your profile to train anyone’s models. The only thing that leaves your account is anonymous, aggregated counts of which skills come up in job advertisements.

Controller

Nuage OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia. Contact for anything in this notice: hello@jobmarket.pro.

What we hold

Why, and on what legal basis

We process your profile and criteria to perform the contract you entered into when you created an account — there is no way to run a job search for you without them. We process billing data to meet a legal obligation and to perform the contract. We use aggregated, anonymised requirement counts to improve the service and to write public learning briefs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving a product; those counts cannot be traced back to you.

Who else sees it

No employer, recruiter or job board receives anything about you. We do not sell data and we run no advertising trackers.

Learning briefs

When the agent finds a requirement your profile does not evidence, that becomes one anonymous increment on a counter for (skill, role, seniority). The public briefs are written from those counters and from the job advertisements themselves. Nothing about an individual candidate is ever published.

How long

Your data stays while your account exists. Delete your account and your profile, searches, opportunities and applications are deleted; we keep the minimum billing records the law requires, and the anonymous aggregate counters, which contain nothing about you. Operational logs are pruned automatically — job records within 30 days, model usage counts within 180 days.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to processing, and ask for it in a portable form. Write to hello@jobmarket.pro and we will answer within a month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to your national data protection authority; in Estonia that is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
